The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
was referred the bill (H.R. 7388) to direct the Administrator of
General Services to convene consultation meetings to identify alter-
native financing solutions for the construction of new public build-
ings that will reduce costs to the Federal Government, and for
other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill as
amended do pass.
