The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the

tain improvements to laws relating to the payment of certain bene-
fits administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs that are af-
fected by death, and for other purposes, having considered the
same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommends that the bill as amended do pass.
