AMENDMENTS The amendments are as follows: 1. On page 2, line 16, strike the end quotes and period at the end. 2. On page 2, after line 16, add the following: (c) COMPLETION OF PROJECT.-In accordance with sec- tion 207, the Secretary shall ensure that water conserva- tion measures conducted under subsection (a) do not inter- fere with the completion of the project under this Act..
