The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 2359) to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to sub-
mit to Congress a report on the Department of Veterans Affairs ad-
vancing of whole health transformation, having considered the
same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
