AMENDMENTS The amendments are as follows: On page 5, strike line 1 and in- sert the following: (f) DEADLINE.- (1) IN GENERAL.-If an existing settlement of coal On page 5, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following: (2) DATE OF VALUATION.-For purposes of the valu- ation process under paragraph (1), the market price of coal shall be determined as of the date of the settle- ment.
