The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 3642) to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry
out a pilot program to improve the access to private health care for
veterans who are survivors of military sexual trauma, having con-
sidered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and
recommend that the bill as amended do pass.
