SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

Pursuant to clause 3(a)(2) of rule XIII of the Rules of the House
of Representatives for the 117th Congress, the Committee on Over-
sight and Reform is filing this supplemental report to correct an
error in the report to accompany H.R. 51, the Washington, D.C. Ad-
mission Act filed on April 16, 2021 (H. Rept. 117-19, Part 1).
This supplemental report shows the correct vote total for vote #3
taken during the business meeting of the Committee on Oversight
and Reform held on April 14, 2021. The vote tally was incorrectly
included in part 1 of the report submitted by the Committee on
Oversight and Reform on April 16, 2021 (H. Rept. 117-19, pt. 1).
