handle is hein.congrec/cbo10660 and id is 1 raw text is: CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE COST ESTIMATE February 24, 2012 S. 1945 A bill to permit the televising of Supreme Court proceedings As ordered reported by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary on February 9, 2012 S. 1945 would require the U.S. Supreme Court to permit television coverage of all open sessions, unless a majority of justices vote to bar such recordings. The Supreme Court currently prohibits recording devices in the courtroom. CBO estimates that implementing S. 1945 would have no significant impact on the federal budget. Enacting S. 1945 would not affect direct spending or revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures do not apply. S. 1945 contains no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act and would not affect the budgets of state, local, or tribal governments.
