XXIX JULY, 1960 NO. 1 South Dakota Bar Journal July, 1960 COVER The tall-spired stone edifice depicted on the cover is the Minnehaha County Court House located at Sioux Falls. The erection of this picturesque structure was commenced on June 20, 1889, and was first occupied October 17, 1890. It has served Minnehaha County for seventy years and is about to give way to a new modern office building, plans of which have been approved in accordance with the architect's drawing, also shown on the cover. Construction contracts are to be let sometime in July, 1960 for its erection on a site just West of the present Court House.
