Indiana Court of Appeals Is Reorganized,
New Chief Justice, New Presiding Judges

JUDGE JOHNATHON J.
ROBERTSON      of Brownstown has
been. selected to serve as Chief Justice
of' the Indiana Court of Appeals for
a term of three years beginning Jan-
uary 1, 1975. He succeeds Judge
George B. 1 [offman 'Jr. of H-ammond
in the court's top administrative post.
Additional to his regular judicial
duties Judge Robertson will continue
in the position of Chief Judge of the
First Court of Appeals District, comn-
p3osed of 53 counties in Southern and
Central Indiana, and also assumes the
added responsibilities and duties of
the chief adninistrative officer of the
entire three-district court. Judge Hoff-
man served three yeatrs as Chief Jus-
tice of1 the Court ill the same  n inller,
except lie was presiding judge of the
Third District which is composed of
20 northern Indiana counties.
Presiding Judges Named
Judge Robert 11. Staton of South
Bend was named presiding judge of
the Third District.
.Judge Patrick D. Sullivan of Indi-
anapolis was named 1residing judge
of the court's Second District, which
