Trimble, Presiding Judge of the Kan- sas City Court of Appeals will speak on, What Happens to a Case in the Court of Appeals. The Committee on Selection of Judges will report. The following applications for membership will be voted R. W. Miller, 318 N. Y. Life Bldg. Carson E. Cowherd, 822 Scarritt Bldg. Byron Spencer, 501 Lathrop Bldg. L. C. Harper, 1322 Commerce Bldg. Henry I. Eager, 906 Commerce Bldg. Harvey T. Brock, 28th & Wyandotte St. Frank H. Terrell, 501 Lathrop Bldg. Members who are delinquent in the payment of their dues will be dropped unless they pay up before February 15, 1924;-and the names of all dropped members will be published in the Bulletin. Delinquent members cannot resign. Every reputable, practicing lawyer in this city ought to be a member of the Association, and he ought to keep himself in good standing. It is not fair to expect or to permit part of our membership to carry the others. The Association is a benefit to you and to the community, and ycu ought to give it your active support.
