I would like to congratulate Justice Robert T Russell, Jr on h s fine work with the C ty of uffalo Drug Court On July 26th I witnessed the graduation of three peop e who have e sentally transformed their lives These three, who were ltera ly facing death's door now can see light and maybe even prosper ty at the end of he tunnel.
