This draft has been prepared by the Reporter, Francis H. Bohlen, with the aid of advice and suggestions from the members of the group working on Torts. The Council has not yet reached any conclusion in re- spect to the form of Treatise which should accompany the Restatement on its publication. The present draft has not been considered by them. It is distributed to the members of the Institute by direction of the Council, not for publication, but to assist the members in theit consideration of the draft of the Restatement of Torts. .
