You are earnestly requested to raise any further points which occur to you. 1. Section 181. Is the extent of the control of the court over disc cretionary powers of the trustee correctly stated? 2. Section 197, Comment i. If the trustee sells his individual property to him- self as trustee and the property subsequently depre- eiates in value is the trustee chargeable with the amount of the depreciation even though he sold the property at a fair value and even though had he pur- chased it from a third person it would have been a proper trust investment? 3. Section 202. If the trustee is directed to purchase any. one of two or more specific securities and he fails to purchase any of them and they all rise in value, is he chargeable with anything more than the value of least profitable of such securities?
