Tho fourth is Freedom from fear - rildch, translated into o-1orld
terms meens a world-iwide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such
a thorough fashion that no natfon viill be in a position to conmit an Act of
Physical aggrepsion against any neighbor -  cay hare in the world.
