ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
To ALI Members:
The annexed Foreword will appear, together with
a Foreword by the Director, in the forthcoming printed
volume containing the Principles of Corporate Governance.
That volume will not emerge from the printer until this
fall. Meanwhile, with the topic of Corporate Governance
still fresh in our minds, I thought members of the
Institute might be interested in reading the annexed
material, which principally concerns the history of the
subject of corporation law within the Institute since its
inception in 1923.
