They have been blacklined to show a from the October 1 Draft Report (Working oNote that we have not marked certain changes su n , cfross-references, changes in the numbering of various sections, and certain other style-related changes. We also have revised Sections 7 (deposit accounts), 8 (choice of law - general), 9 (choice of law - perfection), 12 (non-UCC principles), and 13 (rights in collateral). However, the changes we have made are either cross-references or style, and we do not think it useful to distribute the revisions at this time. We will send another batch of revisions to you shortly. We await any comments that you may have.
