The one and a half day conference will feature topics as corporate espionage and cybercrimes, international money laundering and sanctions, cross-border evidentiary concerns, whistleblowers, deferred prosecution agreements and international internal investigations. Michael J. Garcia, partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York City, will provide luncheon remarks. Garcia serves as the Independent Chair of the Investigatory Chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee. CJS Fall Institute in D.C. Join the ABA Criminal Justice Section for the Seventh Annual CJS Fall Institute on October 23 - 24 in Washington, DC.
