The Director announced that inasmuch as the four members of the Board of Managers necessary to be appointed by the President of the American Bar Association could not be appointed until after the annual election of that body should be held on the 28th instant, he would request the Secretary to make a minute of such appointment upon being notified thereof, as a supplemental note to the minutes of this meeting.
